MLS Photo Policy

PHOTOS MUST BE UPLOADED TO NEW LISTINGS ON THE MLS SYSTEM, REGARDLESS OF STATUS, WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE LISTING DATE, NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, WITH NO GRACE PERIOD.

Any properties found to be missing the primary photo will be fined $50.00. If not corrected, the $50.00 Missing Photo Fine wil be repeated monthly until a photo of the property is entered.

See individual property types below for more specific guidelines:

• Residential Photos: Primary photo must be an exterior picture of property.
• Condo/Zero Lot Line/Townhouse Photos: Primary photo must be an exterior picture of property.
• Residential Income Photos: Primary photo must be an exterior picture of property.
• Lots/Acres/Farms: Photos may be entered, although no photo is required.
• New Construction Photos: If a sketch or photo of a like property is substituted for the actual property photo at the time of listing input, or when photos are added, these must be converted to a photo of the actual property upon completion of the exterior of the property. Failure to do so is subject to the $50.00 per month Missing Photo Fine.

Listing photos entered in the MLS are restricted to pictures or renderings depicting the listed property.

It is prohibited to copy the photos or virtual tour link from another agent's listing for retransmission without the express consent of the agent who originally posted them. Offenses may be subject to a $50.00 fine.
